Customer Success Manager (full-time)
At Healthy Workers, we believe a healthy workplace should be a given, not a gift. It’s proven that investing in employee wellbeing is a win-win: employees will not only feel better it also increases employee experience, engagement, and productivity. Nowadays, businesses invest in their employees by the billions. However, what to improve is based on guesswork, without being able to measure its effects. That’s why we make it our mission to improve wellbeing at work by gathering insights that matter.
The key focus of our Customer Success Manager is to make sure our clients get the most out of our product, and Healthy Workers gets the most out of our clients. Your work will result in a low or even negative churn rate.
You will be responsible for 15+ simultaneous projects and have a supportive and coaching role for our clients. You will work closely with our Wellbeing Specialist to give our clients the best possible advice. Furthermore, you will work with our Product team to gather feedback from clients and make sure we iterate based on the most important insights from clients.
