We have created a platform where employers can continuously measure and analyze their workplace through employee feedback and sensor data. We aim to increase the employee wellbeing and be the power behind high- performance workplaces. Currently our clients are located in the Netherlands, but we are aiming for international expansion soon. Due to rapid growth we are currently seeking a medior:

Customer Success Manager (full-time)

Nowadays, businesses invest in their employees by the billions. However, what to improve is based on guesswork, without being able to measure its effects. That’s why we make it our mission to improve wellbeing at work by gathering insights that matter.


The key focus of our Customer Success Manager is to make sure our clients get the most out of our product, and Healthy Workers gets the most out of our clients. Your work will result in a low or even negative churn rate.

You will be responsible for 15+ simultaneous projects and have a supportive and coaching role for our clients. You will work closely with our Wellbeing Specialist to give our clients the best possible advice. Furthermore, you will work with our Product team to gather feedback from clients and make sure we iterate based on the most important insights from clients.

At Healthy Workers, Customer Success is part of our Product team to make sure our clients get the best possible experience with our company.


As our Customer Success Manager you will

  • Have bi-weekly healthy coaching calls with our clients;
  • Advise our clients based on the insights from our dashboard & Wellbeing Specialist;
  • Onboard new clients and their employees;
  • Deliver feedback from clients to our Product team;
  • Optimize current CSM processes and automate where possible;
  • Make sure all stakeholders are engaged and are aligned with their goals;
  • Inform Sales when there are upsell possibilities, and when clients are ready to extend their license;
  • Help clients with strategies to improve the wellbeing of employees in their office(s);
  • Keep track of the activity of our clients, both their managers and employees;
  • Activate managers and employees to use our product to increase our MAU, WAU and DAU.


In order to be successful you have

  • A passion for, or experience in, a wellbeing-related field;
  • A structured way-of-working that results in proper time management and planning;
  • Experience in influencing, building and sustaining relationships with clients;
  • Professional and intellectual capacities at the academic or higher professional education level (HBO or WO);
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable environment (SaaS start-up, 15+ simultaneous projects, CSM-role);
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal in both Dutch (native) and English.
