Sales Development Representative (full-time)

Job profile
The key focuses for our Sales Development Representative is to conduct multichannel outbound sales cycles to build and accelerate our sales pipeline. You will success in contacting leads and develop your own leads through research. In this role you will be part of our sales team - which currently consists of 1 sales assistant and 1 senior sales advisor - and work closely together with our marketing team. You will report directly to our CEO.


As our Sales Development Representative you will

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners;
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities;
  • Conducting outbound sales cycles to build and accelerate our sales pipeline;
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients.


In order to be successful you have

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Previous experience in a sales role with the motivation to outperform on sales targets;
  • The ability to understand customer requirements;
  • Good dutch communication skills – both written and verbal;
  • The ability to juggle several simultaneous priorities and are well organised;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen;
  • Confidence when calling prospects and picking up the phone.
