Role Objective

As a UX Designer at Healthy Workers, you’ll shape the user experience of our smart buildings platform. Working closely with product and customer success teams, you’ll design intuitive workflows for our clients and our partners. Some of this has to be set up from scratch!

From research to validation, you’ll focus on usability and impact—creating wireframes, prototypes, and analyzing user feedback to deliver real-time insights.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and interviews to improve ESG contribution and building performance

  • Map user journeys to uncover touchpoints, friction, and opportunities to streamline interactions across journeys

  • Wireframe and prototype new features for our platform

  • Improve accessibility and usability of complex data visualizations

  • Analyze user feedback to iterate on design

  • Collaborate with customers, customer success and product teams

  • Enhance customer success and reduce time-to-value

Your Skills

  • Experience in UX/UI design principles and best practices, with a user-centered mindset.

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.

  • Experience applying design thinking methodologies to identify user needs, ideate solutions, and create impactful designs.

  • Familiarity with web and mobile app design standards, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken) and dutch
